Terms and Conditions

The terms between BeyondSchool and you. What you get, what you pay, and what we do and do not promise. As short as honesty allows.

Version 17 October 2026 · Nederlandse versie

1. Who we are

BeyondSchool is operated by BEYONDSCHOOL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. BEYONDSCHOOL LTD is your contracting party and processes your payment. Wherever these terms say "we" or "BeyondSchool", we mean BEYONDSCHOOL LTD.

2. Definitions

  • Programme: the BeyondSchool e-commerce coaching, including the learning platform, the community, the live sessions and contact with your coach, as described in your agreement.
  • Student: you, the person or company taking the programme.
  • Agreement: the arrangement between you and BeyondSchool for the programme, usually signed digitally, including the price and the payment arrangement.

3. Scope

These terms apply to everything we offer and to every agreement we enter into with you. Deviations apply only if agreed in writing. If your signed agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement prevails.

4. What you get

Access to the learning platform, the community, the live group sessions and contact with a coach, for the duration and in the form set out in your agreement. We update the content regularly, because e-commerce changes. This may mean that lessons are replaced or that the format of sessions changes. The core of what you bought, guidance in building your store, stays the same.

The programme is coaching and education. We do not build or run your store for you, and we do not make decisions on your behalf.

5. How the agreement is formed

You sign up, we have a call, and if we both think it is a fit, we send you an agreement. It is concluded as soon as you sign it or make the first payment, whichever happens first. If you enter into the agreement on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

6. Price and payment

The price is stated in your agreement, in euros. You pay in full or in instalments, as agreed. Payments are processed by BEYONDSCHOOL LTD through our payment providers Airwallex and Stripe, by card or another method shown on the payment page, such as iDEAL or Bancontact.

Instalments are not a subscription. If you choose instalments, you spread the price of the programme. The full amount remains due, also if you stop early, make less use of the programme, or do not achieve the result you hoped for. If we ever waive a remaining instalment, that is a gesture on our part and not a right.

If you do not pay on time, we send a reminder. If payment remains outstanding, we may suspend your access to the programme until you have paid, and charge you the reasonable costs of collection.

7. No cooling-off period

As soon as the agreement is concluded, you get immediate access to the learning platform, the community and the coaching. By entering into the agreement, you expressly ask us to start straight away, and you confirm that you know you thereby give up the right to cancel the agreement within fourteen days without giving a reason. There is therefore no cooling-off period and no right to a refund of what you have paid or still owe. Our refund and delivery policy sets out how delivery and refunds work.

8. No guarantee of results

On our website we show real results from real students. Those are their numbers, not a promise to you. Whether your store succeeds depends on your effort, your advertising budget, your products, the market and on things nobody controls. We therefore give no guarantee of revenue, profit or any other result, and no refund if the result does not come.

9. What we expect from you

  • You do the work. The programme runs on daily testing and adjusting; those who do not take part get no results.
  • You have your own advertising budget. Advertising costs, subscriptions to tools such as Shopify, purchasing and shipping are paid by you, directly to those parties.
  • Your store is your business. You are responsible for your business registration, your taxes, the rules that apply to your products and your customers, and for the terms of platforms such as Shopify, Meta and TikTok.
  • You treat others decently. In the community and during sessions you respect other students and coaches. No spam, no recruiting for other programmes, no sharing of other people's numbers outside the community.

10. Our material

All lessons, videos, templates, recordings and other materials belong to BeyondSchool. You may use them for your own store, and for nothing else: no sharing, no reselling, no publishing and no using them to offer a programme yourself. Your account and access are personal and not transferable. You may not record live sessions yourself without our permission.

11. Your results on our website

With your consent, which we ask for when you join, we may show results you share yourself in our #wins channel on our website and in our communications, with your message, your username and your profile picture. You can withdraw that consent at any time via support@beyondschool.nl. We will then remove your result within fourteen days. How we otherwise handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

12. Liability

If we fall short, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the programme. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost revenue or profit, nor for loss caused by parties outside our control: a blocked advertising account, a supplier that does not deliver, an outage at Shopify, Meta, Discord or a payment provider. These limitations do not apply if the loss is caused by our intent or wilful recklessness, and they do not affect the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

13. Termination by us

If you breach these terms, for example by sharing material, by misconduct in the community or by not paying, we may end your access. What you have already paid will not be refunded, and what you still owe remains due.

14. Force majeure

If we are temporarily unable to deliver the programme, in whole or in part, because of something beyond our control, such as an outage at a platform we depend on, illness of a coach, or other force majeure, we will look for a solution, such as a replacement coach or a catch-up session. We are not liable for the delay.

15. Changes

We may change these terms. For an ongoing agreement, the version that applied when you signed remains in force, unless a change is required by a change in the law or is in your favour. The current version is always on this page, with its date.

16. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, email support@beyondschool.nl or call +31 6 4457 8030. We respond within fourteen days and try to resolve it together. If that does not work, clause 17 applies.

17. Governing law

These terms and your agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. Your payment is processed by BEYONDSCHOOL LTD, United Kingdom, in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not affect the mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.

These terms are also available in Dutch. In case of any difference between the two, the Dutch version prevails.
